Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. this hotel provided basic amenities and attention to detail, making it a great choice for travelers on a budget.

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to Lakeside where you can find many restaurants and tourist shops nearby. the rooms are clean, spacious, and provided with hot water in the en-suite bathrooms. the staff is accommodating and attentive to guests' needs. some rooms offer panoramic views of the Himalayas from the top floors.

The Wi-Fi connection may not be strong enough in some parts of the hotel, causing connectivity issues.

This hotel's location is excellent with its proximity to the bus station and the old city center. The room was clean and neat, providing hot water and clean towels. The staff, particularly the woman at the reception, had a very good attitude and even helped us with a charger. the hotel provided a good basic buffet breakfast.

Stayed over Easter and the weather was amazing, great for exploring the area. the rooftop view in the morning was spectacular and the staff's help in finding local restaurants was really appreciated. the cleanliness of the room was spot on and they offered morning tea to your room.

The staff were quite unprofessional and didn't have much knowledge of the area, resulting in not being able to give recommendations, which was a bit disappointing. the bathroom was quite small and the shower wasn't functioning very well, making it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.
